$1: Weekends for up to 2 hours and after 4pm on weekdays for up to 2 hours
$8: all day Monday and after 4pm on weekdays, more than two hours
Receive a validation ticket after making a purchase at one of our food stalls or bars. The elevators in this garage bring you up to the lobby of One Independence Center for weather-proof parking!
Yes! Monarch Market has both indoor and covered outdoor seating, located along Tryon St. in Uptown. In addition, the plaza outdoor space near the Marriott has outdoor seating with overflow areas to enjoy within the Atrium of One Independence Center. Vendors have seating available within Monarch Market, plus Aster on the second level offers unique drinks and views of Tryon on the balcony.
