Food Spread Uptown Culinary Collective

Barley and Burger originated in Eastern North Carolina, serving gourmet burgers made from high-quality Black Angus, short rib and chuck alongside wings, nachos, loaded fries and craft beer.

Based on the Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, New York, the history and layout of Brooklyn Dumpling Shop in North Carolina is a concept from Stratis Morfogen, founder of Philippe Chow and co-founder of the Brooklyn Chop House. Brooklyn Dumping Shop offers traditional dumplings and specialty varieties that are classic diner stapes and sandwiches such as Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken Parmesan–in dumpling form. Embark on an adventure with the delightful world of dumplings, redefined with a unique twist on traditional favorites.

Curry Gate is an Indian and Nepalese restaurant that has built a loyal following for its traditional curry dishes, tandoori-style cooking, and fresh naan.

Cookin' up coastal goodness, Chef Brett and Chef Tim are busy serving mouthwatering lobster rolls, decadent lobster mac, and housemade pickles, to just name a few. One bite of the Connecticut Lobster Roll and you'll be transported back to sandy beaches, ocean views, and relaxing in the sun.

Focaccina is a culmination of culinary expertise and passion that represents the creative collaboration of two seasoned chefs. Together, Chefs Albano Barjami and Manuel Scenna have embarked on a flavorful adventure, sharing their passion for focaccia bread with the world. Focaccina stands as a testament to their dedication to crafting authentic Italian flavors and creating a culinary destination where the love for food meets creativity.

Co-founders, childhood friends, and Chief Tender Lovers, D’Andre and Mike, found their passion in the food and hospitality industry. Bringing people together over a great meal is what they live for, and after starting their first concept, The Pit BBQ Grille, in 2015, they needed more. With Just Chicken, the fellas wanted something that would be easy to cook up and fun to make without sacrificing quality or flavor. That’s when Just Chicken was born. Simple, fresh, high quality ingredients mixed with a team of tender lovers that you’d be happy to hang out with on your day off is how we make it happen. No freezers or microwaves in our kitchen.

Kabab2Go Uptown carries on a 70-year-old Lebanese culinary tradition that began in Tripoli, Lebanon, when the Soufi brothers founded their restaurant in 1951. Their menu featured authentic Lebanese mezze, grilled kabab, shawarma, and Lebanese spices, creating a reputation as a leading Lebanese fast-food establishment. Today, Kabab2go faithfully brings this cherished Lebanese culinary heritage to the United States, using the finest ingredients to recreate authentic flavors.

Chef Rocky Jokbengboon graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte class of 15’ with experience in NYC, with Michelin Chefs, and even studying in Australia. With Chef Rocky in the kitchen and Esthela in marketing, this young team started with their first location in Orlando, FL. Since then, they have opened Sosu in East Charlotte and moved the Orlando location to Rock Hill, SC. Both restaurants specialize in ramen. Now Chef Rocky is looking to pay homage to his heritage by opening a restaurant focused on Laotian Cuisine.

Rolled AF is a new concept from the owners of Nacho Average and 22 Street Kitchen, two of Charlotte’s well-known food trucks. They are merging their recipes to create a modern Mexican menu based on fresh ingredients rolled in tortillas.

Rooted in both Korean culture and Fujiyama’s origins, Seoul Good brings enticing flavors of Korean-style street food to your palate. Seoul Good’s menu will feature a variety of offerings from the well-known food “Kup-bap” (Korean rice dish) to the globally renowned “K-Dogs” (Korean corn dogs).
